Why 423 Yoga?
**
Pretty simple. We wanted to come up with a catchy name that people would remember. Since our address is 423 South Pacific Coast Highway, after much thought and many alternatives, the name 423 Yoga resonated with us. Then we started researching what the numbers actually mean — and we decided 423 Yoga was perfect, practically and in numeral meanings.

Bhagavad Gita 4:23 ** — “He who is satisfied with gain which comes of its own accord, who is free from duality and does not envy, who is steady in both success and failure, is never entangled, although performing actions.”
When you act from your uniqueness, not only will you act without comparison but also without any desire for achievement. You will find certain joy in doing your act. It has nothing to do with your achievements — simply the act of doing. When you are able to act from your uniqueness, you will be overflowing with joy. Come do yoga, don’t compare yourself to anyone else, be unique and find joy.
