About Us

423 Yoga is a boutique hot yoga studio located on Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, founded by longtime yogis Amy and Lori with a simple vision: create a welcoming space where the local community could practice, connect, and grow.

While our roots are in traditional yoga, we've built our class schedule around the needs of our members. Alongside heated yoga and vinyasa classes, you'll find Yoga Sculpt, Mat Pilates, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Sound Baths, and Meditation—each added because our community asked for it.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, you'll find experienced teachers, supportive classmates, and a space where every body is welcome. At 423 Yoga, we're more than a studio—we're a community that grows stronger together.

Our members often tell us that 423 Yoga feels like a hidden gem in the South Bay. From our clean, welcoming studio space to our friendly instructors and supportive community, our reviews truly say it all. We are proud to create a place where people feel comfortable walking through the door, challenged in their practice, and connected with the people around them.

The studio was thoughtfully designed with the health and comfort of our students in mind. Our walls feature limewash painting, which helps support indoor air quality with its naturally high pH properties. Our antimicrobial PEM flooring is odor-resistant and designed to provide stability during heated yoga sessions. Our heating system features far infrared heat panels, creating a comfortable, evenly distributed warmth that allows you to experience the benefits of heated yoga while practicing in a thoughtfully designed environment. The specially designed heating system also includes UV lights to help purify the air you breathe during your practice.

At 423 Yoga, we believe yoga is about more than exercise. It's about showing up for yourself, finding connection, and celebrating progress over perfection. Our instructors offer modifications and challenges throughout class so every student—from first-timers to seasoned yogis—can grow at their own pace.
