Hot Power Yoga

Intensity: Medium to high  ·  Room: 95–100°F

We build strength and flexibility through playful sequencing designed to flow. Each class has a focus, from hip openers that stretch and strengthen to twisting sequences, all set to music that matches the pace of class.

A well-rounded class for any day and any level.

Yoga Sculpt (Hot)

Intensity: Medium to high  ·  Room: 90–96°F

Upbeat music and strength-based, low-impact HIIT yoga using light egg weights to build even muscle tone and strength. Burn calories, feel your core and have fun.

You are welcome to bring your own heavier weights.

Classic 26/2 (Very Hot)

Intensity: Medium to high  ·  Room: 100–106°F

Build stamina and flexibility while improving mental and physical balance. Based on the 26 postures of Bikram yoga, the sequence is the same every class, so you will see your strength and flexibility grow over time while the repetition builds a steady mind.

Vinyasa Flow (Heated)

Intensity: All levels  ·  Room: 85–95°F

Use your breath to flow from one pose to the next. Some poses are held to challenge your strength; others move with each inhale and exhale to challenge your heart and lungs.

Modifications are always offered, so this is a great class for yogis of all levels.

Restore (Unheated)

Intensity: Low  ·  Room: about 80–85°F, cooling from the previous class

Restorative yoga uses supported resting poses held for a few minutes, one of the best ways to relax stiff, tight muscles. It also builds the skill of conscious relaxation and meditation, with some gentle stretching added in.

A delicious way to release stress in body and mind. All levels.

Yin (Heated & Unheated)

Intensity: Low  ·  Room: 78–82°F

Yin works deep into the body with passive poses held for 3–5 minutes, using props like blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets. It targets the deepest tissues of the body (ligaments, joints, bones and fascia) rather than the muscles.

Meditative, relaxing and beneficial for every practitioner.

Sound Bath (Unheated)

Intensity: Low  ·  Room: Warm, not heated

Heal from the inside out. This one-hour class starts with Yoga Nidra, a body-relaxing meditation, while the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments guide you into deep relaxation.

A great introduction to meditation, or a way to deepen your existing practice.

Yang Yin Yoga

Intensity: Medium  ·  Room: Heated

Dynamic movement meets deep relaxation. 40 minutes of invigorating yang-style sequences build strength and vitality, then 20 minutes of soothing yin poses target deep tissues and promote calm.

Suitable for all levels: the perfect balance of effort and surrender.

Hot Mat Pilates

Intensity: Medium  ·  Room: Heated

Traditional Pilates moves combined with yoga-inspired stretches in a heated room. The heat increases flexibility and circulation and allows a deeper stretch.

Strengthens your pelvis, hips and core and builds overall body strength: a great complement to any yoga practice. Suitable for all fitness levels.
