I’ve never practiced yoga before. Which class is best?

All of our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, unless stated otherwise in the class description like our Intermediate Level 2/3 Vinyasa Flow class. A good progression would be to start with a Yin Class or Slow Flow class. Then try our Vinyasa Flow and Hot Power Classes. If you’re looking for a great workout, our Mat Pilates and Yoga Sculpt classes are all levels friendly as well!

I’ve never done hot yoga before. What should I expect?

You will be sweaty — be prepared to bring a towel for your mat and a water bottle. Be sure to hydrate with electrolytes and water before class. The heat will help your muscles loosen up so you can move with less resistance and find a greater end range while you stretch.

Keep an open mind — you may do movements you’ve never done before. No worries if you can’t do a certain pose yet, your teacher will offer modifications.

Physically, you will feel wonderfully challenged during class. After class, your body will feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Mentally, you will find peace and calm.

How is the room heated?

We have a central heating system that quickly heats and humidifies the studio room. There are also infrared heat panels on the ceiling that give a feeling of gentle sunshine coming down.
